New Medical Centre in Ratby

New Medical Centre in Ratby

Ratby Surgery recognise that our current practice premises are becoming too small for the practice and at risk of becoming outdated as we are unable to further extend the existing building to provide more space for patients. We have been working with the CCG to develop proposals for a new medical centre to be built for the practice on Desford Lane, Ratby - please see the map below.

The CCG have requested that we consult with our patients to support our business case for moving to the new site. We would appreciate it if you could take the time to fill in our survey which looks at the site and what you might like to see in a new medical centre in the village. Please click here to fill this in for us, your time is much appreciated. If the CCG and NHS England accept our proposal, we anticipate applying to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council for planning permission in Autumn 2019.

We would like to reassure all patients that this is to replace only the building that Ratby Surgery use. The GP's, receptionists and the rest of the team you know at Ratby Surgery will remain the same, but will be able to offer more services for patients closer to home.

The survey will close at midnight on Monday the 2nd of September.

If you have any questions about this survey, please contact Sheila Adcock via reception.

The Survey is available in large print if required. For assistance with
completing this survey, please contact a member of the surgery reception team.
