As from 1 July 2023 there are two ways that you can make a complaint:

  1. You can complain direct to Ratby Medical Centre (click here for information on this)    OR
  2. You can complain to Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland Integrated Care Board (LLR ICB).  You can finddetails about this by clicking here.

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
